Casa
Sarayu, initiated in 2020 as a root of la GALERIE IMAGINAIRE, is the residence and contemplative space of Sébastien Delire. Originally nestled in the lush surroundings of Mindo, Ecuador, it relocated in 2024 to a humble, century-old house in Castelló de Rugat, Spain. This personal sanctuary, named Casa Sarayu (Silencio que abrazan las hojas), serves as a place for Delire to live, meditate, and create. It also occasionally
hosts exhibitions through GALLERY/ NO GALLERY, reflecting an artistic practice that bridges retreat and engagement. Visits are by appointment only, with a maximum of one or two visitors permitted at a time, ensuring a solitary and contemplative experience. Nestled in the Vall d'Albaida region, Casa Sarayu is surrounded by mountains, an hour from Valencia or Alicante, and 30 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches. |
